Hello,
so I got the prompt to cross progress but it took my lower rated account. I switched to PC over 2 years ago and all my pc stats were gone. My console account was lvl 500 but I hadn't used it since you guys added more levels my pc account was way past level 500. I've been on pc since at least season 9, all my stats since then are gone. Is there any way for me to get my master account switched back to its highest account. I have a feeling that my Xbox account being level 500 and my pc account being lvl 200-300 caused this even though I'm in the second variation of levels (lvl 700-800)

Community Manager@EA_Mako @Thanks for the explanation. Anything I need to do on my end further? Or to keep up with the status? Ea chat was no help. @thekineTV had the same issue and was able to get it resolved. I haven't had the same luck.

I don't believe there's any additional information the team needs to continue working on this, but if that changes we'll reach out.
