Game freezes after being in lobby for a few minutes

he game crashes in lobby after 5 minutes of being open. 
I have:
Easy Anti-Cheat

• Ran EAC repair command
• Ran EAC install with Apex's specific product ID

Game Files

• Deleted Apex config files (Saved Games\Respawn\Apex)
• Verified/repaired game files
• Full Apex reinstall (multiple times)
• Forced DX11 via videoconfig.txt

EA App

• Cleared EA App cache folders
• Deleted user session file
• Full EA App uninstall and reinstall
• Deleted all Electronic Arts local data

Windows & Drivers

• Full Windows reset
• RAM test (passed)
• Checked temps (fine at 60°C)
• Disabled Discord overlay
• Checked Event Viewer (found cplspcon error)

Hardware

• Ruled out PSU (Corsair 650W)
• Ruled out overheating
• Ruled out RAM

Misc

• Tried different server regions
