What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. NA

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Put in que indefinitely for Ranked
What should be happening instead? Should be getting put into games.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Cross progress account that was less than level 50 prior to the merge.
I am almost confident I know what the issue is, but it needs to be addressed prior to anymore rollouts of cross-progression happening to prevent other from being in the same situation.
on 11/02/23 I got the cross progression prompt on my main account which is PlayStation, I had an Xbox and PC account linked to the same EA ID. All cosmetics, badges, currencies merged fine, the issue however is that I am unable to play ranked on my Xbox account.
It will let me join and ready up, solo or with a pre-made squad, but it puts me in the que and I will sit in the que indefinitely and never get put into a game.
Prior to the merge of accounts, my xbox account was level 6 and being less than level 50 you are unable to play ranked.
I feel almost confident that this issue was overlooked when implementing cross-progression and now my master account which is prestiged level 115+ is unable to play ranked on xbox, which is the platform I would like to play on going forward.
I have checked my Playstation and PC accounts and I can play ranked on both of them, I also can play any game mode on Xbox OTHER than ranked.
Any response would be greatly appreciated,

@TheRedLion93 I did post in that thread already about the issue yesterday, but had no response which is why I made a new thread. Nobody in that thread has reported the same issue I am having. I just went through and read every post.

Not sure what the response time is for Bug reports. But you posting in that thread will give the Dev Team a head start in your situation.- 2 years ago
