I just got this prompt on my PC. It says I have 0 cosmetics and heirlooms. On my Xbox I have 4. And many many cosmetics. But I couldn’t press anything but continue and now all my cosmetics are gone. Stats and badges were retained, nothing else though.
this is my case too, I had 2 heirlooms on ps4 (ocatne and costic) and 1 on PC (ash) and when cross progression was activated on my account, my heirlooms were not transferred, I find myself with that of ash only regardless of the platform on which I connect

Hey @Sadbou91,
This sounds like your PS4 account may have been unlinked from its original account. As progress is stored on the EA account and not individual platforms like PlayStation, that would cause you to lose access to that progress as you've mentioned here.
It doesn't look like the account you're posting from had launched Apex on PS4 until very recently, so since you played in the past that progress would be on the prior EA account. You'll need to re-link your PS4 to its original EA account to try recovering access to that progress.
