Hey @KEITHFLINTSGHOST,
Do you recall any other EA accounts you may have used in the past?
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
The EA account you're posting with was only recently created, so if you played in the past it would have been under a different account. If you've just linked your Steam to this account, it wouldn't have carried the progress over. You would need to re-link Steam to its original EA account to try recovering access to the progress.
It looks like your PlayStation account was previously linked to a different EA account, or had been unlinked from here at some point. That seems to have been attached here shortly after our Cross Progression announcement last year, so no progress would have carried over from the previous account.
ahhhhh this could be the problem..
However upon trying to logout of Apex
EA says I can "unlink from steam after 08/02/24"
So I can't even logout to try log back in with another email..
Can you log me out or something?
ahhhhhh
this is ballache lol

We can't make any changes to your account via the forums, but it may be worth speaking with the support team to see if they have any other options available.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.- KEITHFLINTSGHOS2 years agoNot applicable

- SirCommSized2 years agoNot applicable@EA_Mako Hey so back in November I got the message to link accounts. I didn't get any of my items. After some research, I found my account was linked to an empty EA account for some reason?
Back in November, I unlinked and re-linked my proper account.
I am currently logged into my account that is linked to my steam and playstation, but I don't have any of my items.- EA_Mako2 years ago

It sounds like that's what happened here. When you linked the PSN account to this EA account, it would have left the progress behind on the original EA account rather than transferring it here.
If you have progress on two separate EA accounts, there will not be a way to combine or merge that to the same account. If you're just looking to try and get the progress back on your PSN account, you would need to link it back to the original EA account where that progress was first earned.
If you run into any trouble re-linking the accounts, please contact support directly so they can take a look.
