Issues after Cross Progression is activated on your account? Check here first!

So after the season 20 mid way update the cross progression thing popped up and it shows my account was level 124 when I was actually level like 145 before this popped up. It also says I didn’t purchase the battle pass and reset my breakout challenges for the reactive flatline skin. I had also purchased conduit before this happened and she is no longer there. I am missing a ton of stuff on my account and just want to know if I can get it back. I’m on PlayStation my secondary account was on my pc.
