Issues after Cross Progression is activated on your account? Check here first!

I play on PC and only have one account. I started my game up today and got the cross progression notification. Got into the game and everything I purchased was no longer accessible. My rank and progress has been reset and it says I never played rank for the current season. How can my account lose access to everything I once had if I never had any other accounts to cross over with? I would greatly appreciate if I could get my stuff back rather than getting coins because that’s a lot of money spent.
