Hi, I've had issues with my account which has suddenly gone through Cross Progression. My PC account (Wifeline) is my main account, and up until yesterday, I had over 12k kills on Lifeline and over 15k in total. I also gained Masters in Season 19, which has now been changed to Plat 4 (I grinded for that :/.) It seems that all my stats from Season 20 have disappeared as I have no kills, damage or games showing as happening this season. I haven't used my XBOX account in 3+ years for Apex, so I have no idea why it would have been used to merge in for Season 19+20?
Oh, I (Wifeline), have also had my Battlepass progress reset to Level 1, and I haven't got it bought. Please fix.
