Issues after Cross Progression is activated on your account? Check here first!

Hey, my problem is that I had 2 accounts both on EA with 2 emails, although 1 account was just a second account that i rarely used... now after I played apex after some time, i received the msg that cross progression is active... I ignored it and somehow the accounts didnt get merged and I could play normal for the past 4 days or so... now after I launched the game, the message popped up again, I once again said "Yes" but now is the problem that all of the xp/lvls/ranking/items I got even challenges i grinded the past 4 days are now all gone, I was lvl 86 or 87 legit 1h ago and now im lvl 80 and my hard earned items/challenges are gone... any ways to fix it? I also got the twitch vod of it if needed...
