Issues after Cross Progression is activated on your account? Check here first!

Hi I have an account on PS4 that was max level at the time and when I did cross progression it did not give me the option for this account. I stopped the merge but when i logged back in it had merged with my other PC account. My PS4 content is what i am missing on my PC account. My level, Skins, Heirlooms, nothing was transferred from my PS4 account and instead i merged with the two PC accounts that i had at the time. Please advise?
