Issues after Cross Progression is activated on your account? Check here first!

Hey i was unlinking and linking my ea account to another one but suddenly after i openned the account fresh from linking i saw that my progress was lost and have other progress on it, and just now i just check my apex on pc and my progress was all in pc without even the pop up and things. WITHOUT EVEN MY PERMISSION lost even my apex coins. Please help me to take my progress back to ps4 because i only really play on ps4 because there are so much cheaters in pc, so pls help me get my progress back to my psn account
