Just recently have noticed it seems someone cloned my cross progression from my ps4 account when I updated to the ps5 and merged to the computer. Lost about 1500 levels in apex or so and my badges from season 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.
When looking at the info on cross progression it lists that certain earned progression would not be merged. Which does not make any sense.

Due to the way legacy content was stored, some items in the game were inherently tied to stats. Since we cannot merge stats, some of the items that are tied to stats, such as Ranked Rewards, Battle Pass Badges, and Collection Event badges, may be lost in the process. The items potentially impacted are: - EA
when the words "may be lost in the process" are used it seems as if we have the ability somehow to get back our lost progression. Any help would be cool. Merging accounts without merging the levels seems fishy.
When I was playing recently it looked as if someone else had access to my account and was purchasing items when they play. Had a bunch of the Volt skins that I did not buy. Then after the next match they were all gone. Which is fine considering I did not buy them. Just seems as if something is going on. Any help on the lost progression and badges would be cool. Almost seems as if there is someone that got a hold of the EA websites and attempted to write diaolague that would tell us it was ok that we lose our prior badges and other accounts levels. Which just seems off. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
First played on the playstation 4 then switched to the computer and upgraded to the ps5. Also play on the Switch.
When Online there was a video mentioning that the mobile game was still active and was referenced I should download a V-tunnel on the phone and attempt to update the game in that fashion, and everything would work out. I would like not to hide my IP and give access to my account to some undisclosed location. Seems weird that the mobile game is live in other areas. Which is fine but would definitely be cool if we could see all those phone skins in the main game!
