Issues after Cross Progression is activated on your account? Check here first!

I cross progressed on my PC to get my Xbox items and all of it got wiped. I have a level 1 account which has been untouched since it happened. My PC is now my main platform, but my Xbox account is the one I wanted to link and use on my PC. I've spent a good amount of money and time to get the things I had on the account and I would like to have a solution or someone to contact to get this problem solved. My Xbox gamertag is " Just Wxnted' " and would love to be contacted immediately or as soon as possible.
