Issues after Cross Progression is activated on your account? Check here first!

I mainly used to play on EA, but converted to steam and now i mainly play there, in april my account got reset to lvl 1 and i lost all progress, but kept all my skins and in game purchases.

I downloaded the game again on EA and tried to bring back the old save of my account. But it didnt work, i have also not gotten any information about account merging or cross progression.

Since my lvl reset i have been unable to earn lvl up rewards, no apex packs or legend tokens, its been like this since april and has completely halted my progression.
