Please keep in mind that you cannot link a platform to a different EA account to have that progress transferred.

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress. That sounds like the situation you're all describing here unfortunately.

The only way to try restoring access to that progress will be to re-link your platform to its original EA account. There is not a way to transfer or merge progress between separate EA accounts. If you have any issues re-linking your accounts please reach out to support so they can help get your platform account back to its original EA account.

Hello,

recently i after hearing news about cross pr. being implemented i was ecstatic since i switched from xbox to PC, but even after linking my account i get logged into a lvl1 account without the cross progress prompt/window popping up.
