After Cross Progression update my account was wiped to lvl 1 (i start playing on origin app then i moved to Steam, everything was fine until cross progression update, my acc is linked), i had high lvl acc, some skins, legends and battlepasses that i buy with my money. After wiping my acc i report this many times to you'r support but noone helped me :/. At this point i want to know if you can help me recover this acc or if it is not possible i can have my money back. It's unbelivable noone helped my until this many months.

You would have had an EA Account linked to your PSN account the first time you ever launched Apex or another EA game.
If you were just prompted to re-link the account and everything went missing afterwards, it sounds like that was linked to a different account instead of that original account.
There is a way to try and get your stuff back if you can re-link the PSN to the first EA Account, but if you have any trouble locating or accessing that account it would be best to contact support directly.
It looks like your account was affected by an issue that impacted a number of accounts back on April 2nd, but didn't receive the fix from the next day.
