My main account that had skins, heirloom and all progress was on playstation.
I played on pc and playstation.
Content is missing from both platforms.
When I connected my playstation account and pc account, my level and statistics have been connected but my all items like heirloom, weapon skins, legends skins from both accounts disappeared, and very strange thing happend too, before connection my apex packs amount was 3 after connection it was 197.
I was writing to EA advisors for about 6 months and only I got responses like " there is large amount of players having same issue and it will take some time " or " we have taken action on your account it will take approximately 2 months " and still nothing changed even after those 2 months, so please this account has very special value to me, is there any option to fix this?
