Unable to connect to EA Servers - Anti-cheat authentication timeout

I'm getting the error 'Unable to connect to EA Servers - Anti-cheat authentication timeout' every time I try to launch Apex Legends. I'm on Windows 11 laptop, launching through the EA App. The game works fine on another device with my account. I've already tried: repairing EAC, running as administrator, clean reinstalling the EA App, repairing game files, flushing DNS, disabling McAfee, and closing conflicting background apps. Nothing has worked.
