Hi @nebbiio,

It would just be a matter of trying any other emails or accounts that may have been used for an EA account in the past.

The one you're using currently has never launched Apex on Xbox, so it must have been linked somewhere else before this one. We wouldn't be able to provide specific account details here, but if you have any trouble recovering, accessing, or re-linking an account, it would be best to get in touch with support so they can help track that down.

@EA_Mako okay, thankyou. I just want to be 100% sure because it says i cant relink to another account for 6 months after linking.
