This sounds like you were prompted to log back into an EA account from your Xbox, but a different account was selected.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
The only way to try restoring access would be to re-link your Xbox account to its original EA account where that progress was first earned. If you have any issues re-linking your accounts please reach back out to support so they can help get your platform account back to its original EA account.
But I don't remember what other EA accounts I have now. Can you see which email address is the account associated with my previous account on XBOX: LDJZCY? I need some prompts to recall. In addition, according to the email records of my previous EA member purchase records, my EA account should be the 138193.... com email address I am currently using.

@EA_Mako Hi, i wanted to transfer my PS4 progress to my PC, I had close to 500 hours in the game i think, but instead of this the progress from my PC went to my PS4 so the account that i played for years with is replaced with my level 1 PC account. Is there a way to revert this and make my PS4 progress go to my PC?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer your progress to different accounts. That is not the purpose of Cross Progression.

I should have a problem with the EA account. Can you help me unbind the EA account and the XBOX live account? The progress of APEX on my XBOX is not synced up to the EA account. It shows on the XBOX that the playing time has been 1782 hours, and all trophies have been unlocked. After binding the EA account, the current APEX progress on the XBOX is replaced by the progress of the Level 1 account on the PC. This seriously affects my playing mood. My game pass, heirlooms and all unlocked skins are gone. Please help me!
