Issues with cross progression

Im having issues with this since it wiped everything i had earned on my xbox account.
So let me explain my situation i have solely one EA account. I have been playing this game since its initial release and had spent roughly $170 dollars and countless hours playing on xbox. roughly around 2019 i stopped playing and i transitioned from console to PC and stopped playing then. I had then made an account on PC to play the game again with friends but refused to spend money again and grind since at the time (July 2022) since i didn’t want to spend money all over again in hopes of transferring my xbox progress to PC. I had linked both accounts to my EA account around the same time. Fastforward today my friend told me they had enabled cross progression and i’ll be able to use my Xbox progress on PC and i had booted up Apex in hopes of finally playing again with all my skins i had earned. But it forced me to use my PC (lvl 47) account as the main since i had “more progress” than my xbox account. Which i was not okay with but the merged happened and NOTHING from my xbox account merged to my pc progress. No skins no medals no purchases. NOTHING. I freaked out and logged into my console and the same thing was showing, it had forced my pc account for both platforms and it essentially wiped everything i earned playing on console.
i had been sending a lot emails to get this fixed and nothing seems to be working. I get the same generic response that my time is valuable and that I would be assured that I would be taken care of but all i get is links to forums that doesn’t help me at all. I have all my receipts of all my purchases i’ve done on xbox and i still have game play recordings of my xbox account . This endless loop of no help is extremely exhausting. EA help has done nothing to help me with this. Please im getting irritated with endless loop of unhelpfulness
Initial unlinking is typically not recommended, as in cases like this it results in losing your items and progress and we are unable to guarantee anything can be returned.

However, As your account has already been unlinked from its original EA account and linked to a different one you don't have your progress or items. If you want to attempt to restore your progress/items you would want to relink the Xbox account back to its original EA account.
If you wish to use all of your accounts on one EA account for Cross Progression, then you would not be able to attempt to restore your content. Whichever route you want to go with would be up for you to decide.
