JAVELIN ISSUE APEX LAUNCH / CORRUPTED FILES STEAM

My partner has been having issues with apex since the new anti cheat launch, the javelin screen will appear and try to load to then completely disappear and back to desktop with no error message or screen. 
we’ve tried everything; launching as administrator, disabling memory integrity, disabling every proxy to making sure no VPN’s are connected.. we also tried verifying steam files, which always point out to “3 corrupted files”, we even tried uninstalling through revo and installing it again but the same issue pops up every single time. We also redownload the anticheat with no help at all

What else can we do?
