Keep getting kicked from Aus server

Everytime i play apex in Australian server i get get like stuck and can't move for like 5 second and then it allows me me continue playing and the ill get a random lag spike and get booted from the server saying connection lost but if I join a Singapore server I'm fine no issue at all. ( I am playing from Australia, on pc)
