Lag problem

I’ve got 900 mbps internet speed and Apex is the only game that lags for me. When I check the servers on the main screen, it says the closest one has around 70 ping, but that’s not what I get in matches. It’s constant lag, and during fights it freezes or stutters, making it pretty much unplayable. What can I do? It doesn’t seem like an issue with my internet since it only happens with Apex.
