I have the same issue, started on sunday i am moonwalking and rubberbanding all over the place. My connection is fine, i can play other games fine, the people i play with have no issues, I don't understand it at all. I also notice i lag less and sometimes not at all in some games.
im having the same issue, switching data servers sometimes work. same as other poster i can play other games fine, and talk and do internet stuff.
would really wish for a tool which allowed me to see which server im connected too at start. or my ping and packet loss atleast.
PC+1 before it used to happen in early game, now I keep moonwalking through entire games. Almost impossible to run.
i7-8700K/1080Ti/16GB 3200Mhz ram
Same here, at this point it's pretty much unplayable.
I find restarting helps but always at the 2nd game it comes back full force somehow. The game was only ever good for me the first week it was released, then the servers went downhill from there. I have two ISPs I've tested and one shows 30ms, the other 40ms. I have double animations on doors, reload animations and my shots feel sluggish at times. No reported packet loss whatsoever on either of my connections, I quit the game as a result...which is a little frustrating to say the least.

It sounds like you may be having issues with your connection. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
Let me know how you get on and if you post your UO Trace I will take a look.

No, i do not have any issues with my connection. I played Battlefield V for two hours inbetween Apex sessions, in Apex i am rubberbanding and freezing in place all the time I get into a shotgun duel and suddenly i am moonwalking in their face like i am Michael * Jackson, I have been struggling with this * for FOUR DAYS. Like I said go and play Battlefield V inbetween Apex sessions which i assume is in the same area as your apex servers and i play it for two whole hours without dropping a single packet.
Not to mention my connection to Teamspeak is fine, i can play other games fine. I have run tracert and pinged random servers for 4 days without having any issues at all. If anything i'd say you guys are restricting my bandwidth when i am connected to your server for some * up reason. How about you take * seriously and do your * job.
@EA_DarkoNo offence but why are you replying with generic troubleshooting steps....the OP literally said in his first post he followed your troubleshooting steps and it didn't help. I'm pretty sure everyone with an issue with your servers has followed that guide by now since I've seen it pasted in every tech support topic regarding this issue (or any issue for that matter). All you're suggesting anyways in the article is literally just flushing the DNS, restarting a router and more or less running an MTR test to servers using an unnecessary tool called 'UOTrace'.
You guys have to be aware by now that there's something wrong with your servers, even Call of Duty Blackout felt more responsive and I had 105ms on their awful servers. When I look at the data centre at the title screen it says I have 30ms yet the symptoms still occur -- at peak times its more obvious and I can't even shoot without rubber banding.

- I con only confirm, that I've got this problem to. i7 6770K, Geforce 1070Ti 8 GB, 16 GB RAM, game on SSD.
Tweaked the graphics settings, FPS is minimum 110+, but oh boy it lags so much, especially when many opponents are in the same area, that it's no fun any more. Really annoying.
