Thank you @EA_David for letting us atleast know that you guys are aware of this problem. As of today I am still not able to play, I tried nearly everything with network connection included and it is still the same for me. I even tried forwarding and no help there. And like it seems everybody else here we did not have this problem prior Loba Heirloom update. And as I can see it is big variety of devices some have top end hardware some have mid setups and people on Playstation have the same issue. So I would say it is very unlikely that all of us sudenly have connection problems even we did not have them before. I hope you guys gonna solve this and let us play again because really in this state it is really unplayable. Also I mentioned I saw this issue with many streamers with same icons just the lag was not that big like I have but still they were noregging clips etc.....so I think what you can see here is very little ammount of people who actually post something about it rest is just going along with that because it is not as big as it is for some of us.
I think it's 2 different issues.
The symptoms of those that are getting menu lag and audio distortion seem quite a bit different. Are you also getting huge drop in gpu usage with the stutters?
Yes i check my GPU usage and the it went crazy up and down

Noticeable is the fact that menus/lobbies also stutter, and load times post splash screen in the server select main menu is stuttering too. Audio glitches in time to the stuttering. The stuttering involves both lowered fps and increased ping when it lurches, coupled with the usual rubber-banding/hit rego failure you can expect with such micro-pausing. I've fiddled around with router (power cycling/ trying different servers) and the visual settings (lower shader details/killing resource-hungry effects like AO) but with out noticeable impact.
I do think something has gone wrong client-side, since for me (at least) it's occurring prior to even logging in to a server.
Anyway I hope that description is useful in some fashion or another.
Yeah the menu lag is also problem. When the game launch it has some audio and visual lag once the " offers " ( when you can see the news and go to store etc ) you click exit and then the menu is steady and no more lag. It seems it has problems when the offers are loading up. And after every game the menu lags again for 10-15 seconds like you can see in my video I made.
