Legend Tokens deducted but Octane not unlocked (Steam)

Hi, I need help with missing content.

I unlocked Octane with 12,000 Legend Tokens on Steam. The tokens were deducted from my balance, but Octane is still locked / greyed out and cannot be selected. The unlock dialog still shows the 12,000 token price.

What I tried: fully restarting the game (including background processes), and verifying game files on Steam. Nothing helped.

Account info: EA account zheyuanlinye626 (in-game name: linye), Steam is linked to this EA account. Issue happened on Steam, Season 30.

I have screenshots showing the account and the unlock dialog still showing the price. Happy to provide them.

Hey zheyuanlinye626,

From what I'm able to see here, it looks like Mirage was actually unlocked, not Octane. Are you able to check and see if Mirage is showing up available for you?

Unfortunately, we would not have a way to re-lock Mirage and switch that to Octane instead, or grant the tokens back to be re-used, but please do let me know if you're not able to access Mirage either.

Glad to hear it zheyuanlinye626, thanks for the update.

As a big fan of Mirage myself, while he may not be as speedy as Octane, hopefully you'll have some fun with all the opportunities bamboozling other players can create.

Thanks for checking! I can confirm Mirage is now available and selectable in game. I understand the tokens were used to unlock Mirage. Appreciate your help.
