Level 1?

Hey y’all,

I have been playing since season 0, and my account now says that I’m level 1. I still have all of my skins and heirlooms so I’m not real upset, but I’ve already prestiged once and would like to keep rolling. I’ve restarted my Xbox and signed in and out of my account to try and fix it, but no dice. Any help would be appreciated, tia.
