After submitting the appeal, I can't find the appeal letter in my case.

 submitted my appeal, and it shows that the submission was successful, awaiting a response. However, I can't find the appeal I submitted in my case, and there has been no reply. The first appeal was sent in January, and I have sent several more since then, but none of them are showing up, and I haven't received any response.
