Linked account Transfering.

Right this is gonna be a long one. I've been playing EA Games on Playstation for many Years as well as on PC. It wasn't until recently when i signed up to Amazon prime that i Noticed that my PSN account wasn't linked to my EA account. So I went to try and Link my PSN account to my EA account to be greeted with the message that the PSN account was already Linked to an Email. 

So i logged into the PSN  EA account on a computer using the PSN login details to discover that my PSN account was linked to an email which is a mistype of my email done several years ago. So if i try to do anything with this account i can't access any codes since the email it's linked to doesn't exist. So this Means this PSN account has been linked to a miss typed email since 2012. 

I was wondering if anyone on the EA support team could help me transfer this account across to my proper email and main account. Because it now makes sense the last few months of claiming Amazon Prime content for F1 23 hasn't been showing up. This means my main account has all of it, but my PSN account connected to incorrect email, Because I am unable to do anything since the PSN account requires security codes to be sent to an email that doesn't exists.

    Hey @CONCORDE-204,

    If you need a hand either unlinking your PlayStation or changing the email address of the linked EA account, you can always reach out to our live support team for help.

    But just a small warning for the former; almost all game progress is saved on the EA account level, even for your linked consoles. What this means is that if you unlink your PlayStation and link it to a diferent EA account, your progress won't carry over to the new account. Also, I see that you've posted on the Apex forums for this; Apex can get notoriously unstable if the platform it's played on. We have an aticle with some more ifnormation about the risks here. Hopefully that'll help you make a more informed decision about what you want to do exactly.
