Account data is stored on the EA account and not the platform account (e.g. Steam, Xbox, PSN)
By linking your platform account to a different EA account it won't have access to said data anymore.
If you relink the platform account in question back to the EA account it was originally connected to then you should be able to access your progress again.
And It says I can't unlink until april 2024
