linking account to wrong ea and unlinking

i have ran into a problem where i have linked and unlineked my account to lose my whole account i find this stupid because i have spent alot of time and money on the account can someone please give me any tips

saqoaa-on-TT Your Apex progress and data is stored on your EA Account, so if you unlink your platform accounts, that can cause a loss of some, (or all), of your Apex progress and data.

If your Apex progress and data is on another EA Account, (which hasn't been linked to a different Xbox, PlayStation, etc. Account), you should be able to link your platform accounts to that EA Account.

Note: When you link a platform account, it creates a lifetime link to the EA Account. (This is why you cannot link a different platform account to the EA Account).
