I play Apex on PS5 now. I tried to link my Xbox account to this EA account and it said that it was already linked to an email address that I don't recognize, and that an Xbox account can only be linked to one email address in it's lifetime.
I had skins and stuff and someone stole them somehow.
Any help would be appreciated.

In order to link a console account to an EA account, you must have access to both accounts. This means that if someone linked your Xbox to an EA Account that you don't know, you should change your account security details.

Since you don't recognize the account where your Xbox account is linked, you might need assistance from EA Help to unlink the accounts. You can contact EA Help Support by clinking here.

I was able to get to a chat help feature on the help website on Sunday, and almost got my issue resolved. They asked me security questions, and somehow I got one or more wrong. The chat representative told me I should open a new case and try again. However, I am having a great deal of difficulty navigating back to any link for "Chat with us" or whatever. I've spent a great deal of time trying to get back to the chat. Is there no easier option? Or a direct link?
