Error code leaf PS5 and PC

I’m getting error code Leaf everytime my friends and I try to queue into a game on apex on ps5, I got frustrated and downloaded apex back on my pc and still getting the error code leaf. I have 300+ download and 150+ upload I’m never lagging or packet loss in games. But it won’t let us queue on apex?
