Links account found,can’t link my psn account
Hello,I tried to link my psn account and got a error saying it found another account and can’t link my psn account, I’m currently playing on Xbox and before that I was on PlayStation but once I tried to link them to cross progression to my main account on Xbox I got that error,I originally started playing on PC on the origin launcher but I stopped and went to console and haven’t played on PC in about 5 years now.
so I’m thinking that the issue is with my old origin account that I can’t access anymore because the launcher is discontinued and can’t change my info to be able to link my psn and Xbox account for cross progression,is there anyway you guys can help me resolve this issue,I’ve been trying for months to no avail and need help resolving this issue.

Please keep in mind that linking your PSN account to a different EA account will not transfer any progress. Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. If you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
In this case, if you no longer have access to the email address registered to that older EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
