Are you able to successfully login to the game after you sign into Help.EA.com using your PlayStation login credentials?
Yes I have, done it twice and it still says the same thing when I try to get on apex legends

We'll need to have an EA Advisor pull up your account to see what exactly is causing this. They'll get this fixed for you.

Please stop saying go to help.ea.com because that site is useless. I have done everything it said and still cannot play apex legends. In fact I have had the same account since 2012 and its just now saying I have an invalid account. I am tempted to boycott all ea products till its fixed.
