It kicks me out the team and everything it just happened again they can play the game but I get left out and it says lost connection if u need help contact ea.com-to-connect or something like that

Gotcha, I'd definitely check through those previous steps to see which of those may help out in this situation. Power cycling your router would be quick to try, but if this has been consistently happening I'd try those steps to change your DNS as well.
This isn't necessarily something in your home network connection, but changing the route you're taking to reach the servers may help out.
