Loss account

I've been playing apex since 2018 ish and i switch to ea to steam and linked it and now i tried coming back to my account i loss all of my account progress what can be solution for this?

Sorry to hear your progress has been lost. Usually when this happens, it's due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account.

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. If you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. It looks like that's what happened here, as the account you're posting with was only created fairly recently. If you were playing Apex since launch, that would have been on a different EA account.

We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platform can be re-linked.
