Lost all badges on apex account during cross progression!
Please help! I've recently gotten progression, this caused me to loose all of my high tier badges is there anything someone can do to help me with this. I just want them back. Thank You!

I m %100 sure they have a backup everything.
I'm sending email every day and they sending me copy paste same message every time.
Idk how can find help. My all 2400+ hours game time is gone for pressing 1 button.
