Lost all cosmetics
I have lost all my cosmetics including an heirloom even though I have never linked two different accounts or even touched anything to do with account progression

Same here! And I have a ban on my account from PC, though I’ve never been linked to steam and have only played on Xbox. EA help also declined my case when I inquired.
