Lost all legends, skins, progress, everything

I recently reinstalled Apex to play with some friends and when I load into the game I see that everything on my account has been reset but some of the timed badges and the cosmetics from the Octane Edition that I had bought, please help me get my stuff back or give some sort of compensation so I can get the legends I had unlocked again without having to spend forever grinding the game. Screenshot attached showing that I have the cosmetics and badges from 2021 but all progress and unlocks have been reset.
