Sorry to hear your progress seems to have been reset. Usually when this happens, it's due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account. I see you mentioned you haven't unlinked anything in this case, but it does seem there may be a different account involved.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. If you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.
You mentioned playing on PS4 in the past, but the EA account you're posting with has never accessed Apex via PS4. It looks like even the PS5 access was fairly recent, so since you mentioned hitting at least 500, it would have been on a different account.
We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if there are any other emails or accounts you may have used in the past, it may be worth contacting support to try checking for any Apex progress on any of the other potential accounts and get that updated if needed.
