It looks like you may have a separate EA account involved in this case. You've mentioned playing from day 1 through Season 6, but the EA account you're posting on wasn't created at the time. Progress is saved on the EA account level and not individual platforms like Steam or Xbox. If you had logged back in on console around Season 14, that would have been linked to another EA account prior to that point, which is why your progress seems to have been lost.
There's not a way to roll accounts back for something like this I'm afraid, but if you're able to re-link your platforms to the original EA account, there's a chance that content can be recovered.

This would be the case for your situation as well. When you went to play and your account was reset, that would be due to linking your platform to a different EA account. You would need to unlink your platform from the current EA account and re-link it to the previous EA account to try restoring access to that content.
