Lost all of my Cosmetics

I switched to PC and when I put my Xbox account on my pc alll my cosmetics(heirlooms,gun skins,characters,skins) were gone. I never had unlinked the account myself so if it happened some other way I don't understand why I can't get my stuff back. especially when I spent a decent amount of money.
