Lost all of my Switch Champions Edition progressions after cross-prog

Hello,

I was playing Apex legends both on Switch and PC. My Nintendo account has never been unlinked from my EA account.

When I got the cross-prog pop-up mid november, I did not get any of my NINTENDO SWITCH CHAMPIONS EDITION legends and skins nor my 1000 apex legends that were unused on the Switch. I understand that those 1000 apex coins should stay on the Switch, but when I log into my switch and open Apex ... I don't see anything other than the same view i get on the PC : Champions Edition Legends locked , no skins and can't see back my 1000 apex coins.

Please, How can I get my SWITCH Champions Edition items ? (Legends unlocked up to Season 7 and 1000 apex coins). I paid 30$ for this edition on my Switch console and I lost everything related to the Switch Edition.

@EA_IlliumHi, this is my only EA and Nintendo account.

Accounts were linked on October 26th 2023 near noon, East time , and not after the 26th.
EDIT FEB 2TH 2024 : Wow ! I just connected back on my PC and I can finally see my Champions Edition content !! Have not played for the week because I was out of town for work, what a nice surprise ! Have not verified yet if i see my bonus 1000 apex coins on my Switch, but I don't mind for those as I wanted back my legends and exclusive skins.
If it's because of you, Thank so much @EA_Illium because EA support told me to wait with no E.T.A time.

Any help possible from EA @EA_Mako @EA_Illium @EA_Pulsar @ ? Other topics are getting answered but not mine. Thanks 🙂

Good luck to everybody using EA Help Email/chat feature. I talked to around 5 indians representatives in the last 24h and none of them have been usefull, always asking the same repetitive question and can't help anything. Can't even talk to a supervisor
Guess a formal complaint with my consummer protective act is the next step. Paid 30$ for a special edition to lose all content is not fun.

Hi,
I have the same issue and none of them halped me. I opened a lot of tickets and chats, but nothing happened.
I think we lost our money.
The only thing I can say is that I wil never play this game again, I'm done with this company!

Aside from missing the items from the Champions Pack what else do you not notice on your PC?

Also, to confirm do you still have access to the content on the switch?

Thanks for answering
On the PC, I don't see any Of my switch Champion edition ( legends unlocked and special skins ) . Only my PC items and Apex remaining from BP and a previous purchases in September.
When I play on my Switch, I see the exact same thing as if I was playing on my PC. I don't even see the 1000 apex coins exclusive to the Switch on it also.

Thanks for the additional information.

To confirm for the Switch account, was it ever linked to a former EA account before the one it is currently tied to? If so, your progress and items would be on the older EA account as progress/items are stored at the EA account level.

If not, to confirm did you link the Switch account to its current EA account before or after Oct 26th, 2023?

Which platforms do you play on?

What items are you missing?

Where any platform accounts linked to previous EA accounts?

Any other details that may be helpful to the issue your seeing...
