Lost all progression: Account LVL, stats, etc. (cosmetics are still here though)

Hello, hello,

I just relaunched my game; everything was normal beforehand, but right now my account lvl has been reset to lvl 1 (was 1110+), my battlepass progression is gone, and all overall progression is gone too (all previous season's battlepass lvl, kills, wins, and overall stats). I also have a negative 1100 apex coins count apparently, got no idea how this happened either. Can anyone help me ? I have 8k+ hours in the game and would be absolutely devastated to have lost all of my stats. This game is a part of my life.

    Hey @fleur_felee,

    Sorry to hear about the trouble you're running into with your account.

    Typically missing progress is due to unlinking a platform from your EA account, which is where progress is stored rather than individual platforms such as Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, etc.

    Generally that would also cause the cosmetics to go missing, though that doesn't seem to be the case here from what you've said. 

    Which platform(s) do you play on? Can you share any screenshots of what you're seeing in the lobby (account level), battle pass, and the stats?

    When I shared my account from PS5 to PC, the data on both accounts was reset.

    I've only been playing on PC, EA App mainly. I may have spent a few hundred hours on Steam but don't know if it matters or not.

    I don't remember ever linking any Playstation or Xbox account, since I don't own any of these platforms.
