Lost almost everything but level in apex cross progression.

I recently picked apex back up because of the cross progression but when i merged my steam account ea account and PS account which was my main for many years i lost everything i had on that account b...

If you have unlinked from an older EA account, you will need to relink your platform account back to its original EA account to attempt to recover your items and progress.

To confirm the process of your accounts merging with cross progression is automatic. Our system will look at all currently connected platform accounts on a single EA account, select the highest level account, and make that your new main account which will contain all available progress and items going forward (usable on all connected platform accounts).

If you are missing progress or items from a platform, this could be due to a few reasons:

- You linked/started playing on a platform after the Oct 2023 cut off date. This would cause any progress or items to be ineligiable for cross progression.

- You platform account was previously linked to a seperate EA account. Progress and item are stored at the EA account level, so when you unlink you platform account you will not take your progress and items with you.

- Your account was not in good standing.

if i had unlinked from an old ea account is there anyway to get all this cosmetics back?
