Lost apex coins after update

I had 1000 coins prior to the update I was saving for the 2nd split specifically cause I'm stone broke and I cant afford more. Anyways, here comes the recent update and boom, coins went down to 500. Didn't spend them or anything at all... help. Iv tried contacting support but no reply. Also tried the live chat and its useless..
