lost heirlooms account progress and cosmetics
i have lost all my heirlooms account progress and cosmetics due to a bug with the cross progression i have spent hundreds of dollars on apex over the years i would ask that a EA specialist pleas reach out and resolve this problem i have video proof of everything i lost.

Would it be possible to get more information on this?
- Which platforms do you play on?
- What is your EA ID, and Gamertag/PSN ID of the other accounts you play on?
- Was any account previously linked to another EA account?
- What are some of the items missing?
Please note, that if any platform account you have was linked to a previous EA account, then you will not have access to your items/progress as they are stored at the EA account level.
