Lost Items after Cross Progression

Finally got cross progression, and am now missing several items that I had. I was around level 330 on my xbox account, and made a new pc account so I could begin to play on there. The accounts merged and I lost several items. I am missing several skins that I have purchased as well as finishers. I'm even missing everything from the Season 8 battle pass except, ironically, the badge showing I completed all 110 levels. Help would be very much appreciated as I am missing several legendary skins for characters and weapons. Thanks.
